1. Cancellation Request Process
All cancellation requests for bookings made with Eesha Bookings must be submitted in writing through our official channels. This can be done via our contact form, email, or by responding to your booking confirmation email. Phone calls or verbal requests will not be accepted as formal cancellation notifications.
2. Cancellation Charges and Timelines
Since we secure accommodations, transport, and other services in advance, cancellation fees are determined based on when your written request is received:
- 30+ Days before departure: Administrative fee of 10% of the total package value.
- 15 to 29 Days before departure: Cancellation fee of 50% of the total package value.
- Less than 14 Days before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued.
Please note that specific pilgrimage packages may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation for package-specific policies.
3. Date Change and Postponement
If you wish to change your travel dates rather than cancel entirely, please submit your request at least 20 days before your scheduled departure. Date changes are subject to availability, seasonal pricing adjustments, and may incur a nominal processing fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred dates.
4. Cancellation by Eesha Bookings
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you the following options:
- Full refund of all payments made.
- Alternative travel arrangements with similar value, subject to availability.
- Travel credit for future use, valid for 12 months.
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will review each case individually and do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
